Upsell Products on Funnels - Setup & Troubleshooting

You can use the one-click upsell/downsell feature in FG Funnels to offer an additional product to your customers directly after checkout and allow them to purchase without re-entering their credit card information.

Setting Up the One-Click Upsell

  1. From Sites -> Funnels, click on the funnel you want to add the upsell to and select the page that you are adding the upsell on. Most often this is the page right after the order form.

  2. From the Page Overview, click on the products link in the right hand corner above the thumbnail.

  3. Click Add Product and add your product details just like you would for a product with an order form. For further information on products, see the article, About Products + Order Forms.

  4. Once you have added your product, open the one time offer page in the editor and select the button you want to have your customer click for the one-click upsell. From the right hand options panel towards the bottom under Button Actions:
    1. Select One-click upsell/downsell as the link to in the Button Actions.
    2. Select the product you just added from the Products dropdown.

    3. Select the page you want your customer to go to after clicking the button under Sale Actions.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

My Product Is Not Showing in the Products Dropdown from Button Actions

Make sure that you have added the product from the products tab for the correct page in the funnel steps overview page.

I Am Getting An Error When Testing My One-Click Upsell

Make sure that the one-click upsell comes after the order form in the funnel. The one-click upsell will only work if the customer has already entered their payment information earlier in the funnel so that the system knows who to charge and what payment method to use.
