Themes in Forms/Surveys

Themes in the Form and Survey Builder give pre-crafted themes for your forms that can be further customized. These themes have styles pre-built in that can be customized and give you a starting point for your forms.

How Do I Find Themes in Forms and Surveys?

Themes Panel in Forms

  1. Open the Form/Survey builder to a new form/survey or an existing one.
  2. Click on the Styles and Option settings which is in the top right hand corner under the blue save button and looks like two sliders on top of each other.
  3. Click the Themes tab
  4. Select the Theme you would like to use.

Please Note: When applying a theme, the pre-set theme styles will override any style customizations you have already made in the form/survey, so any modifications you want to keep will need to be reapplied after applying the theme.


How Do I Use The Themes Feature?


To use the Themes feature in the Form and Survey Builder, follow these steps:

  1. Access Theme Settings: Within the Builder interface, find the "Styles and Options settings" section. It is in the top right hand corner under the blue save button and looks like two sliders on top of each other.
  2. Choose a Theme: Under the "Themes" tab, you can select a theme from the available options that best suits your desired aesthetics.
  3. Customize Theme: You can further customize the chosen theme by adjusting color schemes, fonts, and background images to match your brand's visual identity.
  4. Preview Your Form: Take advantage of the real-time preview feature to see how your form looks with the selected theme before making it live.
