Instant Redirect Page - Funnel Troubleshooting

If you g to a page in one of your funnels and it redirects almost instantly to a different page, the most likely cause is an expired countdown timer. This article will cover how to fix this issue.

  1. The first step is to edit the page in the funnel builder to see if there is a countdown timer on the page. If the countdown timer is at 0, 0, 0, when the page is loaded, the Expiry action will occur. If this is to send to a different URL, this will be what is causing the issue.

  2. Once you have located the timer, you can either change the expiry time to extend the timer out longer without sending to the redirect URL. You can also delete the countdown timer altogether so that the page will not redirect at any time.
  3. Once you have made your necessary adjustments, save and publish the page.
