Marking Conversations as Read

Objective

The objective of this SOP is to guide team members on how to mark conversations as read efficiently using the platform's features.


Key Steps

  1. Marking Conversations as Read Manually:
    • Go to the conversations tab in the left column.
    • Select the conversations you want to mark as read or click the box to highlight all open conversations.
    • Select the drop-down menu from the actions.
    • Choose "mark as read" from the options.
    • The conversations will now be marked as read.


  2. Marking Emails as Read Through Automation:
    • Navigate to the automation tab.
    • Locate the workflow in question.
    • Click on the settings option.
    • Scroll down to find the conversations section.
    • Toggle the option to mark conversations as read.
    • Click save to apply the changes.
