How to Add a New Team Member to Your FG Funnels Account


If you get an error message that says "A user with this email already exists in this agency" this means this person is in our system already, and they used to be, or currently are a user - or - admin on a FG Funnels account. Contact us via email at Support@FGFunnels.com - OR - via live chat. Just let us know you FG Funnels account name, and the email address of the team member that you want to add to your account. Then, we'll get them added on the backend for you.


Setting a new user password  has changed from what's shown in the video at around (00:49). Now, there is a blue " Forgot Password" button that automatically sends an email to the user to reset their own password. If you would like to by pass this option and manually set a password for them,  click on  "Advanced Settings."
