How To Record Your Screen
When you reach out to our support team with questions about specific things in your account like workflows, funnels, websites, etc, we will often ask you for a Loom or screen recording so we can more effectively understand the issue and troubleshoot.
If you don't already have a screen-recording software on your device, there are plenty to choose from. We typically recommend Loom because it's super easy to set up and they have a free-forever plan you can use. There are also options like ScreenPal, and Berrycast that we hear good things about from colleagues and customers.

Recommended Screen Recording Software
- Loom and ScreenPal are suggested.
- Both offer free versions without time limits (ex. 7 day free trial).
Loom's free account has a 5-minute recording limit.
- Using Loom
- Download from loom.com.
- Look for the "Get Loom for Free" option on the website.
- Install the software, which creates an icon in the toolbar.
Select screen portions to record and other settings.
- Using ScreenPal
- Sign up and download the software.
- Look for the menu option in the toolbar.
Choose recording settings and start recording.
- Accessing Recorded Videos
- Both Loom and ScreenPal save recordings in the cloud account.
- Users can easily copy the link to share with support teams.
- Links can be customized or shared for further options.
