How to Add a Favicon to a Funnel or Website

This article goes over how to add a favicon to your funnel or website.

A 16px x 16 pixel favicon file size was used in the example above to optimize the page load speed. The larger the favicon's file size the more it may impact the page load speed, so it's ideal to use a favicon file that is as small as possible.


Steps for Adding a Favicon

  1. Creating a Favicon URL
    • Upload the favicon to your "Media Storage" within your FG Funnels subaccount.
    • Access "Media Storage' through the Funnel Builder or the "Media Storage" option on the left side menu.


  1. Uploading the Favicon
    • Click on the "New Upload" button in the media storage and select "Upload File" from the dropdown menu.
    • Select your favicon file from your computer's file storage (recommended size is 16x16 pixels)
    • Then click "Open".


    • Obtain the URL link for the uploaded favicon by clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner of the image, then clicking on the "Get Link" option in the dropdown menu.


  1. Adding the Favicon to Your Funnel
    • Navigate to the funnel or website you would like to add your favicon to.
    • Click on "Settings" at the top of your funnel or website.
    • Locate the "Favicon URL" field on the right side of the settings page.
    • Paste the URL link into the "Favicon URL" field in your funnel settings.
    • Click "Save" to update the changes.
    • The favicon will now show on all of the funnel steps ( pages ) within this funnel. [ The same thing would apply to a website ]

  1. Viewing the Favicon
    • Open the live link for one of the funnel or website pages to view the newly added favicon on the left of the browser tab.

Please Note: Favicons can only be added on a per-funnel or per-website basis. There is no automatic way to add a favicon to all funnels or websites at once.
