How to Connect the Shippo Integration
Important Note: This is a brand new integration, so it is in beta right now. There will be some bugs that the developers will need to workout over the next coupe of months.
The Shippo app was created by third party developers, so we cannot provide any support for the Shippo app, nor confidently say this app is bug free. The Shippo app has it's own monthly cost as well. Here is Shippo's pricing: https://goshippo.com/pricing.
Step 1: Create Live Token in Shippo
Click on generate live token:
Copy the live token and paste this token into a Note on your computer, you will need it later:
Step 2: Setting up Package Template & Shipping Options in Shippo
Setting up Package Template in Shippo:
Package Template can be accessed at : Settings > Shipping > Packages > Add New Template
Store owners can either add a custom dimensions or choose a standard carrier provided parcel dimension:
If standard carrier provided parcel is selected:
For the carrier provided parcel, package weights need to be set here. If the current template needs to be set as the default, then check the checkbox highlighted in the image below:
Setting Up Shipping Origin in Shippo:
Sender & Return address can be setup at: Settings > Address book > Sender & Return > Add New Address
Add the complete address and select default sender and return address ( if needed ):
Setting up Shipping Options in Shippo:
Setup shipping options at : Settings > Shipping > Rates at Checkout > Add Shipping option
Choose the Live rate option and select the preferred carrier services:
Store owners can earn by charging markup fees on delivery. This will be add on charges on top of live rates. Store owners can either choose a percentage based markup or fixed markup. A fallback delivery fees value can be defined if live rates aren't fetched.
Live rates on the checkout page will have the name mentioned under Shipping options
Step 3: Setup Shipping Origin in Shipping Settings

Login to your FG Funnels account. In your Online Store payment section, setup the shipping origin ( which will be considered as the Sender's address while creating an order in Shippo ). This can be accessed by going to : Payments > Settings > Shipping Origin. Enter in the details for your business and click " Save."
Step 4: Install Shippo App from the Marketplace
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Click on "View App" on the Shippo integration.
- Click the blue button labeled "Install"
- Review the permissions requested by the app, then click the "Allow & Install" button.

Step 5: Enter the Shippo Live Token & Continue
- Enter the live token that was generated in Step 1 and click "Continue"
- Check the box labeled "Enable Live Shipping Rates" > and click "Save" ( after setting up the package template, Shipping origin and Shipping options in Shippo ) :
- If something is missing while setting up the package template, Shipping origin, and Shipping options in Shippo, the following error will pop up:
Step 6: Enable / Disable Live Shipping Rates

- Make a test purchase through your online store.
Remember to disable test mode when you want to start accepting LIVE orders.
