Order Confirmation Element in Funnel and Website Builder
The order confirmation element functions as a bit of a receipt on a thank you page directly after someone has purchased. It will dynamically update with their purchase details.

To add the Order Confirmation element to a Thank You page, click on the plus sign in the upper left hand corner and select elements from the left side of the panel that opens. Find the Order Elements section, select the Order Confirmation element and drag it to the desired location on the page.
The Order Confirmation element will only populate correctly if an order form has been used in an earlier step by the purchaser.
In the builder, sample data will always be shown. The actual order data will only show on the live page after a purchase has been made.
Order Confirmation General Options
- Styling options from the right hand General Options panel include changing the background color of the element, changing the font family, size and weight (bold, normal or light), as well as changing the text colors.
- Add margin and padding for spacing.
- Margin will add spacing outside of the element, so outside of the orange outline, whereas padding adds space inside the element or inside the orange outline.
Advanced Options
- Under the Advanced tab in the right hand options panel, you have the option to show or hide the order title, order total and shipping details.
- You can change the text that displays for the order title label, item label, price label, total label and shipping details title.
- Turn on or off visibility on mobile or desktop. Blue icons means that it is visible on that device, whereas gray icons means that it is hidden on that device.
- CSS selector allows you to make CSS adjustments that target this element.
