How to Transfer from HighLevel to FG Funnels

We have two options for moving people from their current HighLevel agency into FG Funnels™. For both of these options, you will need to wait until after the process has been completed, before canceling your HighLevel subaccount subscription.

Option 1: Snapshot

1) We can import snapshots for you and drop them into your new FG Funnels™ location / subaccount. Forms, funnels, custom fields, all this stuff will transfer with a snapshot import. You will need to export your contacts list into a CSV file to import into your FG Funnels™ subaccount.

2) You can sign up for a new FG Funnels subscription here: https://www.fgfunnels.com/backdoor

3) We will need a snapshot share link in order to import the snapshot into your new FG Funnels subaccount. Here is an article from HighLevel which outlines how to create a share link for the snapshot.

If you do not have access to the features shown in the article above, you'll need to reach out to the agency your subaccount is with, to ask them to create the snapshot share link for you.

Option 2: Full Location / Subaccount Transfer

The only way to import everything from your current HighLevel subaccount to FG Funnels™, is to do a full transfer of the location into FGF. Please be aware:

1) Once your Highlevel location / subaccount is in the FG Funnels agency, you cannot transfer it to a different Highlevel agency (no exceptions), and this location / subaccount will leave the HighLevel agency it is currently in right now. If you want to keep your HighLevel subaccount in the other agency, this would not be a good option.

2) Even when doing this full transfer, email SMTP (i.e. Mailgun and LC Mail), and Twilio setups will get disconnected by Highlevel, so those will have to be set back up. However, you'll keep past conversations, contacts, opportunities, workflows, email templates, funnels, and websites.

3) Once the transfer is completed by Highlevel, we'll need to manually add you to the location  / subaccount you transferred to our agency.

4) First, you can sign up for a new FG Funnels subscription here: https://www.fgfunnels.com/backdoor ( or by using the affiliate link of the person who referred you to FG Funnels ).

5) After you have signed up for a new FG Funnels subscription ( at the link above ), please email us at support@fgfunnels.com, so we can send you our agency relationship number. Then, you will be able to follow the steps in this HighLevel location transfer support article, which goes over the steps you will need to complete, in order to transfer your subaccount to the FG Funnels agency ( these steps need to be completed by the agency owner [ of the agency you are transferring out of ] ).
