How to Create a Quiz and Add Questions

  1. Click on "Sites" in the left side menu.
  2. Click on "Quizzes" in the menu at the top.
  3. Click on the "+ Add Quiz" button.
  4. Add questions by clicking on "Add Questions" on the slide - or - by using the plus symbol on the left side of the builder.
  5. Choose a question type and drag it onto the page.
  6. Enter your question in the question field on the right.
  7. Edit options by clicking on "Options" at the bottom, on the right side.
  8. Add options for the question.
  9. Click save after you finish entering your questions and options.
    1. Save your changes frequently.
  10. Mark questions as required, if you want the contact to be required to select a response before proceeding.
  11. Add new pages for additional questions or user information fields like name and email.

Tips for Efficiency:

  • Prepare questions and responses in a Google Doc before entering them into the quiz builder.
  • Utilize the drag-and-drop feature for quick question placement.


How to Add Categories for Your Quiz

  1. Manage scoring categories by clicking on the icon Square icon in the top left hand corner, to add new categories.
  2. The default category is "Overall Only" for tallying points on all responses.
  3. Create new categories by clicking on "Add Categories" button.
  4. Customize categories for different levels or types of quiz takers.
  5. Assign questions to specific categories by selecting the category in the question settings.


How to Use the "Jump to" Feature in Quizzes

1. Click on the question you want to enable a "Jump to" action for.

  1. Click on the "Options" section of the question settings.
  2. Toggle ON the "Jump To" setting for the response that you want to jump to a another question later in your quiz.
  3. Select the question you want the quiz taker to jump to, from the dropdown menu that appears.
  4. You have successfully setup a jump to action in your quiz.
