How to Use the Customizer in the Membership Area

1. Access the Customizer

  • From the dashboard of your FG Funnels account, go to the left menu and select the Membership tab.
  • Click into the product you want to edit, or create a new one.
  • Inside the product, click on the “Customize” button located on the left.
  • This will open up the Customizer Panel, where you can begin styling your course or membership content.

2. Adjust Global Settings

  • In the Customizer Panel, look for Global Settings.

    Here, you can set:

    • Primary Colors for your membership site (accent buttons, links, etc.).
    • Typography for headings and body text.
    • Background and text colors for different areas.

3. Style the Sidebar

  • Navigate to the Sidebar Settings section within the customizer.

    You can control:

    • Sidebar width.
    • Background color.
    • Font color and font size.
    • Whether to display or hide the course progress indicator.

4. Edit the Header

  • Open the Header Settings section.

    Customize:

    • Logo (upload or change).
    • Header background color.
    • Header font color.
    • Visibility of navigation buttons or back buttons.

5. Modify Course Content Area

  • In the Content Area Settings, you can change:
    • Background and font colors.
    • Padding and spacing for readability.
    • Style of lesson titles and navigation.

6. Customize Buttons

  • Use the Button Settings to adjust:
    • Button color and hover color.
    • Font style and border radius.
    • Button padding and alignment.

7. Preview Across Devices

  • Use the icons at the bottom of the Customizer to preview your Membership Area on:
    • Desktop
    • Tablet
    • Mobile

8. Save and Apply Changes

  • Once your customizations are complete:
    • Click the “Save” button in the top right corner.
    • Your changes will be applied immediately to the live Membership Area.
