AI Feature Pricing
With our AI features, there are two pricing approaches. One is to sign up for the Unlimited AI Employee Plan, and only pay-as-you-go for features not included with that plan. The other is to simply pay-as-you-go for all paid AI features in your FG Funnels account.

The Unlimited AI Employee Plan is $97/month for unlimited use of the core AI Employee features in your account (see included features below).

Note: Phone system charges still apply to all phone calls, even when using Voice AI (Inbound) under the Unlimited plan. Those usage costs will continue to be billed separately.

Overages: Once a monthly limit is reached, additional usage is automatically billed at pay-per-use rates (if overages are set). Access is not paused or interrupted.

Pay-As-You-Go Pricing
Voice AI
Voice AI lets you create a smart inbound call agent that answers, routes, and responds to callers automatically — even triggering workflows to capture leads or book calls.
Every Voice AI call has three cost components:
- Voice Engine charge — a per-minute fee for the voice processing infrastructure
- Text-to-Speech (TTS) charge — a per-minute fee based on your selected TTS provider
- LLM token charge — based on the AI model you choose and total tokens used in the conversation

Estimated average cost per minute (Voice Engine + TTS, excluding LLM tokens):
- With OpenAI or Cartesia TTS: ~$0.60/min
- With ElevenLabs V2.5 TTS: ~$0.80/min
Your actual total cost per call is calculated as:
(call duration in minutes × (Voice Engine rate + TTS rate)) + (total call tokens ÷ 1,000,000 × model price)
Two calls with the same duration can cost different amounts depending on LLM token usage.
What tends to increase your cost:
- Longer call duration
- Larger prompts or more retrieved knowledge base context
- More conversational turns
- Faster or denser speech (increases tokens per minute)
- Higher-cost LLM models
Note: LC Phone inbound calling charges still apply separately and are not included in the above rates.
Voice AI — External LLM Models
If you choose an external AI model to power your Voice AI agent, LLM token costs are billed in addition to your Voice Engine + TTS per-minute costs (shown in the table above). Select your TTS provider first, then add the applicable model token rate below.

Ask AI
Ask AI is currently free to use through August 31, 2026.
Start September 1st, 2026 usage-based pricing will apply. Ask AI will cost $6.33 per 1,000,000 tokens.
Usage is measured in 5-hour windows. Each plan has its own usage limit within that window.
AI Employee Unlimited includes 3x the limit of AI Employee Growth. If a limit is reached, access resets at the end of the 5-hour window.
On Pay-Per-Use, Ask AI is billed at cost based on the models and actions used during the session.
Ask AI session cost can vary based on:
- Task complexity
- Number of user messages
- Number of AI turns
- Number of actions prepared or completed
- Whether approvals are required
- Whether visual rendering or image generation is used
- Whether external data, web content, or connected platform data is used
- Whether the task creates or updates assets inside HighLevel
AI Studio
AI Studio is currently free to use through August 31, 2026. Pricing may evolve over time as usage grows.
Start September 1st, 2026 usage-based pricing will apply. AI Studio will cost $6.33 per 1,000,000 tokens.
Here's what that means in practice:
- Tokens are small units of text that measure how much information is sent to the AI and how much it generates in response.
- A typical task, like creating an email template with Ask AI, costs roughly $0.70.
- Longer prompts, longer responses, retrieved knowledge, and additional conversation turns use more tokens.
To keep an eye on your usage, you can visit Settings —> Billing —> Wallet & Transactions.
