AI Feature Pricing
With our AI features, there are two pricing approaches. One is to sign up for the Unlimited AI Employee Plan, and only pay-as-you-go for features not included with that plan. The other is to simply pay-as-you-go for all paid AI features in your FG Funnels account.

Unlimited AI Employee Plan
The Unlimited AI Employee Plan is $127/month for unlimited use of the core AI Employee features in your account (see included features below). AI Employee Plus features are not included and remain pay-as-you-go.

⚠️ Fair Use Policy: Unlimited plan usage is subject to fair-use protections. If our developers determine that your usage is excessive, abusive, or negatively impacts platform performance for other users, we reserve the right to throttle, limit, require a plan upgrade, or suspend access — with or without prior notice.
Note: Phone system charges still apply to all phone calls, even when using Voice AI (Inbound) under the Unlimited plan. Those usage costs will continue to be billed separately.
Pay-As-You-Go Pricing
Voice AI
Voice AI lets you create a smart inbound call agent that answers, routes, and responds to callers automatically — even triggering workflows to capture leads or book calls.
Every Voice AI call has three cost components:
- Voice Engine charge — a per-minute fee for the voice processing infrastructure
- Text-to-Speech (TTS) charge — a per-minute fee based on your selected TTS provider
- LLM token charge — based on the AI model you choose and total tokens used in the conversation

Estimated average cost per minute (Voice Engine + TTS, excluding LLM tokens):
- With OpenAI or Cartesia TTS: ~$0.18/min
- With ElevenLabs V2.5 TTS: ~$0.24/min
Your actual total cost per call is calculated as:
(call duration in minutes × (Voice Engine rate + TTS rate)) + (total call tokens ÷ 1,000,000 × model price)
Two calls with the same duration can cost different amounts depending on LLM token usage.
What tends to increase your cost:
- Longer call duration
- Larger prompts or more retrieved knowledge base context
- More conversational turns
- Faster or denser speech (increases tokens per minute)
- Higher-cost LLM models
Note: LC Phone inbound calling charges still apply separately and are not included in the above rates.
Voice AI — External LLM Models
If you choose an external AI model to power your Voice AI agent, LLM token costs are billed in addition to your Voice Engine + TTS per-minute costs (shown in the table above). Select your TTS provider first, then add the applicable model token rate below.
