How to Create an Event Calendar
- Go to settings in the bottom left corner of your dashboard > Calendars > then click the blue 'Create Calendar' button.
- Click explore more types & select 'Event Calendar'
- Add in your calendar details: calendar name, calendar slug, meeting duration, etc. Then click on 'advanced settings' at the bottom.
- From here, you will be taken to the section where you can customize the calendar further.
- Under Meeting Details, you can add a calendar logo, calendar description, set up a meeting location and more.
- Under availability, you can set up the availability for this particular calendar.
- Under Forms & Payments, you can attach a form to the calendar and set the calendar to accept payment.
- Under Notifications & Additional options, you can set up appointment reminders, cancelation emails, and more.
- Under Connections, you can sync this calendar to an external calendar.
Under Customizations, you can add a cover image, change the style of the calendar, add brand colors and more!
- Once you set up the settings you want, hit save in the top right corner.
- And that's it! Your event calendar has been successfully created.
How to Share the Calendar
Share Link:
- You can grab the share link for the calendar & send it out with that. To grab the share link, locate the calendar under the calendar settings > click the three dots on the right > and select 'Share.'
- Then under Scheduling Link, you'll copy the scheduling link.
Embed Code:
Another way to share your calendar is to embed it on an existing page.
- To do this, follow the steps above, but instead of clicking the scheduling link, you will click the embed code tab.
- Then just copy & paste the code into the desired area.
Add to Website or Funnel:
The third option is to add your calendar to a funnel or website you've created inside FG Funnels. Learn how to do this using the 'Calendar Element' here.
