This SOP outlines the steps to create an offer checkout page for customers to purchase a course quickly without building an entire funnel.
Key Steps
1. Prerequisites
- Ensure your course is already created before proceeding with the checkout page setup.
2. Navigate to Memberships
- Go to the left-hand column and select 'Memberships'.
- Then under 'Courses', click on 'Offers'.
3. Create Offer
- Click on the 'Create Offer' option on the right.
4. Fill Out Offer Information
- Enter the title of your offer.
- Select at least one product (you can select multiple if creating a bundle).
5. Set Offer Type
- Choose between 'One-time' or 'Recurring' payment options.
6. Enter Price
- Input the amount for the offer (e.g., $997).
7. Set Payment Mode
- Ensure the payment mode is set to 'Live' instead of 'Test'. Or leave it in 'Test' mode if you are just testing. This can be changed later.
8. Save Offer
- Click 'Create' to save your offer.
9. Offer Details
- Review the offer details, including status and pricing.
10. Publish Offer
- Toggle the offer status from 'Draft' to 'Publish'.
12. Customize Checkout Page
- Click 'Edit Checkout' to customize the checkout page.
- Add images, videos, and branding elements.
13. Collect Additional Information
- Decide if you want to collect additional information (e.g., phone number, address).
14. Service Agreement
- Set up a service agreement if necessary, marking it as required or not.
15. Preview Checkout Page
- Click the preview link to see how the checkout page looks.
16. Share Checkout Link
- Copy the checkout link and share it via email or text.

Creating a Recurring Subscription for Order Checkout Page
Step 1: Access the Offer Pricing
- Navigate to the offer section.
- Locate and pull up the offer pricing on the right-hand side.
- Select the option for recurring subscription.
Step 2: Set the Billing Period
- Choose the billing period from the available options:
- Weekly
- Daily
- Monthly
- Yearly
- Select the desired billing frequency.
Step 3: Enter Subscription Amount
- Input the amount that customers will be charged for each billing period.
Step 4: Define Trial Period Days
- If offering a trial period, enter the number of trial days (e.g., 14 for a 14-day trial).
Step 5: Setup Fee (if applicable)
- If there is a setup fee, enter the amount in the designated field.
Step 6: Leave Number of Payments Blank
- Do not enter any value in the number of payments box to ensure the subscription continues indefinitely.
Step 7: Price Text Override (optional)
- If desired, add custom phrasing or wording for the price in the price text override field.
Step 8: Set Payment Mode
- Ensure the payment mode is toggled to 'live' for actual transactions.
- If testing, you can leave it in 'test mode'.
Step 9: Save the Subscription
- Click the save button to finalize the creation of the recurring subscription.
How to Edit Offer Checkout Email Templates
Customizing Purchase Confirmation Emails
Step 1: Access Email Settings
- Navigate to Memberships > Courses.
- Select Settings.
- Click on Email Settings.
Step 2: Configure Sign-Up Email
- Locate the Sign Up option.
- Toggle the option to on to enable the welcome email for new purchases.
Step 3: View Default Email Template 0:44
- Click the eyeball icon to preview the default email template.
Step 4: Create a Custom Email Template
- Go to Marketing > Emails > Templates.
- Click Create New to start a new template.
- Design your email and click Save.
Step 5: Set Custom Template for Sign-Up Email
- Return to Memberships > Courses > Settings > Email Settings.
- Under Sign Up, click the default template option.
- Select your newly created template and click Save.
Step 6: Edit Email Template
- If edits are needed, click the Edit button next to the email template.
- Make necessary changes in the email builder and click Save.
Step 7: Configure Offer Access Email
- Locate the Offer Access email option.
- Toggle it to on to enable the access notification email.
Step 8: Select Template for Offer Access Email
- Similar to the sign-up email, select the desired template for the offer access email.

Editing an Offer Checkout Page
Objective
This SOP outlines the steps to edit an offer checkout page, ensuring that team members can easily make necessary changes to offers.
Key Steps
1. Access Memberships
- Navigate to the Memberships section in the left-hand column.
- Click on Courses and Offers.
2. Locate the Offer
- Find the specific offer you want to edit.
- Hover over the offer to reveal options.
3. Edit the Offer
- Click on the three dots next to the offer.
- Select Edit to access the offer details.
4. Set Offer Status
- Check the offer status:
- If not ready to publish, set to draft mode and click Save.
- If ready to publish, toggle to published and click Save.
5. Edit Pricing Options
- To change pricing, click the Edit button.
- Toggle between one-time payment and recurring subscription as needed.
6. Adjust Payment Mode
- Check the payment mode:
- If in Live mode, toggle to Test mode if necessary.
- Click Save to confirm changes.
7. Update Offer Details
- Edit the offer description, add products, change access, or update the offer image.
8. Edit Checkout Page
- Click on Edit Checkout to modify checkout page details:
- Set up branding.
- Collect additional information (e.g., address, name, email).
- Include terms and conditions for users to agree to during checkout.
9. Add Upsell Options
- Click on the menu to add an upsell during the checkout process.
10. Get Offer Link
- Access the specific link for the offer to share or use.
11. Preview the Offer
- Click on Preview to view the offer in a new tab.
12. Delete the Offer (if necessary)
- If the offer is no longer needed, select More Actions and choose Delete.
