What to Check After Your Highlevel Subaccount is Transferred to FG Funnels

Once your subaccount / location has been added to FG Funnels. Please make sure to check this list for anything that may need to be re-integrated:


  • Calendars
    • Any "Personal" calendars you have created inside your Highlevel subaccount will be deactivated by HighLevel during the transfer. So, you will need to manually add yourself back to the "Personal" calendars as a team member, and re-activate them. This primarily effected "Personal" calendars, but can also effect "Round Robin" calendars as well.

    • Your external calendar integration will be disconnected during the transfer. So, if you have your Google, Outlook, iCloud, or Calendly calendar, connected to your user profile right now, you will need to re-connect it after the transfer.

  • Smart Lists
    • Any smart lists you have in your current HighLevel subaccount will not be transferred.

  • Domains
    • Highlevel has started automatically keeping domains connected during the subaccount transfer process, We just always recommend double checking that they are all connected under Settings > Domains.

  • Stripe / PayPal
    • These usually remain integrated as well, but again, we always recommend double checking under Payments > Integrations.

  • All Auth Connections (ex: Facebook / Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, Quickbooks, Clio, DrChrono).
    • These integrations might break during the transfer, so please make sure to check them under Settings > Integrations.


  • Email SMTP ( Settings > Email Services )
    • LC Email
      • If you currently use LC Email, in recent subaccount transfers Highlevel has automatically kept LC Email connected, so we would just recommend going to Settings > Email Services, to make sure it's still connected after the transfer.

  • LC Phone
    • Highlevel started to automatically keep LC Phone numbers connected last year. You should be able to keep your approved A2P status, if your A2P registration has been approved already.

  • Twilio
    • No phone numbers will be transferred over by HighLevel. If you own your own personal Twilio account, please send us your Twilio SID and Twilio Authentication Token, so the developers will be able to connect Twilio on the backend of your subaccount after the transfer has been completed. This is not something that can be completed in live chat, so please email us at support@fgfunnels.com.
