How Email Verification Works

  • When "Email Verification” is activated, each email address is verified before the first message is sent.
  • If an address is invalid, emails will not be sent to that contact.
  • Since email statuses can change over time, addresses are re-verified every 90 days before sending new emails.

How to Enable Email Verification

You can easily turn on Email Verification by following these steps:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click on Business Profile (on the left side menu).
  3. Scroll down, in the General section on the right side of your screen, check the box next to the Email Verification feature, which will say "Verify Email Address when first email is sent to a new contact."
