How to Cancel Subscriptions in the Client Portal
1. Access the Client Portal
- Open the client portal using your test account.
- Note that the home page may vary based on your community group.
2. Locate the Managed Subscriptions Button
- Find the 'Managed Subscriptions' button in the left-hand column.
- Click this button to access billing information.
3. Alternative Access to Managed Subscriptions
- Alternatively, click on your profile icon (the person icon).
- Select 'Managed Subscriptions' from the dropdown.
4. Verify Your Identity
- A new tab will open showing 'Billing and Subscription'.
- A verification code will be sent to the email address on file.
5. Enter the Verification Code
- Check your email for the verification code.
- Enter the code in the provided field to access billing information.
6. Review Subscription Details
- Once verified, you will see your billing information.
- If you have active subscriptions, they will be displayed here.
7. Cancel or Update Subscription
- If applicable, you will have the option to cancel your subscription.
- You can also add or change your card information in this section.
