How To Share Forms And Surveys

Overview Of Options

When it comes to sharing forms and surveys you have created under Sites > Forms or Sites > Surveys, you have a few options:

  • Add them to a funnel or website page in your FG Funnels account using the form element or survey element in the page builder and then link to those pages
  • Share a direct link to the form or survey itself, not embedded on another page
  • Embed the form or survey on another page built outside of an FGF page builder - this works whether the page is in another platform (ex. Squarespace, Showit, Wix) or if you are wanting the form on a page you are having custom coded by a developer or an AI/LLM (ex. Claude, ChatGPT, Lovable)

Option 1: Add To A Funnel Or Website Page Built In FGF Page Builder

In the page builder of your preferred funnel or website, go into the Add Element menu (+ icon) and select a Form Element to add a form to the page, or a Survey Element to add a survey to the page.

1) In the form or survey builder, go to the Integrate button in the top right corner.

This example shows the form builder, but you will find it in the same place in the survey builder

2) Select the Share option in the left menu.

3) Grab the provided share link.

Option 3: Embed A Form Or Survey On Page Built Outside Of FG Funnels - Other Platform Or Custom Coded

1) In the form or survey builder, go to the Integrate button in the top right corner.

2) Select the Embed Code option in the left menu.

  • Surveys provide one simple embed code option

  • Forms provide a menu of options you can choose from to customize your embed code. Once you have made your selections, click the "Copy embed code" button.
    • If you just want a standard form embed, leave the options as they are initially (Inline, Always show, Always activated, Never deactivate)

3) Grab the provided embed code and copy it to your clipboard.

4) You can now place this code on another page outside of your FG Funnels account to embed the form/survey there, or provide the embed code to your developer, or AI/LLM to be implemented in your custom code project.
