KPI Overview
Track the number of posts, likes, followers, impressions and comments across all platforms at a glance.
Number of Posts: Total number of posts published across all selected social accounts in the selected timeframe
Total Likes: Total likes on posts published across all selected accounts in the selected timeframe
Total Followers: Total new unique followers gained across all selected social accounts in the selected timeframe
Impressions: Total unique impressions on published posts across all selected social accounts.
Comments: Total count of comments on published posts across all selected social accounts.

How the Statistics Panel Works
The top panel in the Social Planner Statistics section does not display lifetime totals. It shows summary metrics for a selected timeframe, which defaults to the last 7 days (excluding the current day). So when you see "534" next to Total Followers, that number represents new followers gained within that date range, not your total follower count.
As you can see in Screenshot 1 (below), the date range at the top is set to October 2, 2026 - October 7, 2026, and the red arrow points to the Total Followers metric showing 237. That number corresponds only to that specific week.
By default the dashboard displays data for the last 7 days, excluding the current day.
You can adjust the date range using the date picker to view data across custom timeframes, including historical data. However, the metrics shown will always reflect activity within the selected period rather than cumulative lifetime numbers.
