How To Reset Your Password

In this article, you will learn how to reset your password if you forget it, or just want to change it. Depending on your permissions, you will either need to reset it in your Profile or in Team Management.


  • You can change the password by going to Settings > My Staff > Click on the "Edit" button on the far right side of the user profile

  • Click on User Info > Advanced Settings

  • Manually type in a new password into the password field

  • Click the blue "Save" button at the bottom.

  • Do not use the reset password button. That will log you out.
