Lead Source Report Explained

All sources are reported based on opportunities created by workflows or 3rd party integration tools such as Zapier.


The "Lead Source Report" widget on the dashboard, shows the opportunities based on the their source. If they were added to your contact's list after filling out a form, being triggered on to a workflow that contains a "Create / Update Opportunity" action step, messaged you through your chat widget, or booked an appointment.

This dashboard widget allows you to view the number of leads from a particular source, the total value that has been assigned to the leads. It also shows the number of opportunities that are open, won, lost, or abandoned. Plus, the percentage of the leads opportunities that have been won.
