"Exact Match Phrase" & "Contains Phrase" Filters in Workflow Trigger Settings

- Exact Match Phrase:
- Only triggers if the exact word or phrase is entered in the contact's message to you.
- You must enter the specific word or phrase in the filter option's settings.
- Case sensitivity applies, so enter all variations (lowercase, uppercase, all caps).

- Contains Phrase:
- Triggers if the word or phrase is contained within a sentence or paragraph.
- Enter all variations of the word or phrase due to case sensitivity.
