Manually Adding Contacts to an Automation
Objective:
To manually add contacts to an automation in order to streamline communication and engagement with selected contacts.
Key Steps:
- Go to 'Contacts'
- Select the contacts you need to add to the automation.
Click on the robot-looking icon in the contact section.
- Confirm that the actions will be performed over a period of time.
- Search for the automation you want to add the contacts to.
- Choose the drip mode for gradual email delivery.
- Specify the start time and batch quantity.
- Click on "Add to automation" to complete the process.
Cautionary Notes:
- Ensure that the contacts selected are relevant to the automation being added to.
- Double-check the start time and batch quantity settings to avoid any errors in communication.
Your Clean Smart List filter should include the tags shown in the screenshot below. You can add more tags as needed, but these should be your base tags.
