How to Resolve the Saving Error in the Funnel / Website Builder
If you encounter any type of save error message similar to the one below, please follow the steps in this article to resolve it.
- Copy the URL of the page you are currently working on inside the Builder.
- Open a new tab.
- Paste the copied URL into the new tab.
- Allow the page to load completely.
- Return to the original tab with the Builder.
- Click the Save button.
- If successful, your changes to the page may be saved.

Preventive Measures:
Only keep one tab open for the funnel / website builder. [ Having the builder open in multiple tabs may cause issues ].
Save your work frequently.
- Preview your changes in an incognito browser.
Your Changes Show Inside the Builder but Not on the LIVE Page
- If your changes are not reflected on the live page, click the "Publish" option in the top right hand corner of the builder.
- This ensures that recent edits are visible to your audience / potential customers.
If Your Changes Do Not Show Inside the Builder After Completing the Troubleshooting Steps in the Video Above; Please Follow the Steps Below:
- Do not make any further changes on the funnel or Website page.

- Once you send us the information above, we will open a ticket with the developers.
