Setting Up a Subdomain for Funnels and Websites for Domains Purchased Outside of FG Funnels

This is specifically for domains that were not purchased in FG Funnels. If you purchased your domain within FG Funnels and want to set up a subdomain, visit the article, Setting Up a Subdomain for Funnels and Websites for Domains Purchased within FG Funnels.

Note: If you are connecting a subdomain to your FG Funnels account and have an existing website on your root domain (yourdomain.com). It is not possible to connect just a subdomain to Cloudflare - however, you can still connect a subdomain to your FG Funnels account directly via a CNAME record in your domain's registrar/host (i.e. GoDaddy, Google Domains, SiteGround, BlueHost, etc) where the domain is currently managed. Hosts like GoDaddy that support the Domain Connect Feature will work just like the above.

If you would prefer or are prompted to input the records manually, you can follow the instructions in the next section to add the record manually.
