Facebook Conversion API Workflow Trigger Not Working

  1. Please make sure that you are not using the test workflow button when testing the Facebook Conversion API in a workflow. You need to test the workflow, by completing the exact same action you want the customer to complete.

  1. Make sure to use the "Order Form Submission" workflow trigger. Not the "Order Summited" trigger, which will result in an error message.


  2. Check to make sure your workflow is saved and publish

  1. Make sure your workflow's only triggers are one of the 4 triggers listed below:
    1. Form Submitted
    2. Survey Submitted
    3. Order Form Submission
    4. Customer Booked Appointment

The Facebook Conversions API action only works with the initial workflow triggers listed above.

  1. Lead value is required if you select "Purchase" event in the "Facebook Conversion API" action settings.

  1. Make sure the "Facebook Conversion API" action is set to "Funnel Event" not "Lead Event"
