How to Migrate from the Legacy Membership Area to the New Client Portal
- Go to Memberships in the left side menu.
- Hover over Courses and click on Settings at the bottom.
- Click on Site Details.
- Click the "Read More" button on the right.
- Click on the "Migrate" button at the bottom of the pop-up.
Once the migration process is completed the page will look similar to this:
Important Notes:
- Please follow the on screen instructions carefully before migrating to ensure smooth transition.
- A custom domain / subdomain that you connected to the legacy membership area will not transfer to the client portal.
