How to Share Funnels and Websites with Your Client
Important Note: With all three options below, you can only share assets with other FG Funnels account holders.
There are 3 ways to share a funnel or website template:
1) Become an admin on both your account and your client's account, so you can clone funnels from your account to their account.

Important Note: This option is not recommend for anyone who also wants to share workflows ( automations ) with their client.
2) Snapshot Account
If you share the same exact set of items ( funnels , websites , workflows, email templates, etc. ) with your clients frequently, you may want to consider signing up for a snapshot account. Here is our support article with more details about snapshot accounts: Snapshot Account
3) Email us at support@fgfunnels.com to request to have the funnel or website cloned to your client's account.
Important Note: Please make sure to CC the account owner ( your client ), so they can confirm we have their permission to add the funnel and / or website to their FGF account.
Please send us the exact names of the funnels and websites you want to clone to your client's account. We will clone the funnel or website to their account using a snapshot of your account. This option is best for anyone who shares assets infrequently, anyone who does not share the same exact set of items ( funnels , websites , workflows, email templates, etc. ) with each of their clients, and anyone who wants to share workflows with their client.
Cloning Only an Exact List of Assets From Your FG Funnels Account to Your Clients FG Funnels Account
If you only want to clone an exact list of specific assets to your client's FG Funnels account, you would need to be very detailed, and include every single tag, custom value, custom field, and email template. Here is the full list of everything we would need:
The list must include everything you want cloned to your client's account. This would include all:
- Custom Fields
- Custom Values
- Trigger Links
- Surveys
- Forms
- SMS Templates
- Email Templates
- Pipelines
- Calendars
- Tags
- Folders
- Funnels
- Membership Products
- Membership Offers
- Workflows
If you only want to share some of the workflows in your FG Funnels account with your client, then please include a list of the exact names of the workflows you would like to have cloned to your client's account. *Please Note: You cannot have more then 100 funnels + workflows ( combined ) inside your FG Funnels account.
A snapshot cannot be created of an account with more than 100 funnels + workflows combined, inside of it. So, if you have more than 100 funnels + workflows, you will need to delete some of them before any assets can be cloned to your client's / affiliate's accounts. The easiest one's to delete would be the asset / share funnel templates of FG Funnels design collections. You can always request these template again later, if you ever want to use them again.
Our developers have set a limit because the snapshot creation crashes if we have more than 100 funnels and websites, due to memory limits. The funnels and websites will be counted together. The reason for setting the 100 limit is to ensure that the snapshot load is smooth and never crashes because loading funnels is a long process and is more prone to fail as the total number increases.
