Connect Facebook and Instagram to Your Account
You can connect your Facebook Business page and an Instagram Business or Creator profile to your account in FG Funnels in order to bring messages into FG Funnels and use the Instagram comment automation.
In order to link Instagram, you must have a Business or Creator Profile. If you are not sure which you have, check out the article How to Check Your Instagram Profile Type.
You also need to make sure that your Instagram is linked to your Facebook Business Page. For more information, see the article How to Connect Your Instagram Business or Creator Account with Your Facebook Account.
- From the Dashboard of your FG Funnels account, navigate to Settings from the bottom of the left hand menu of your dashboard.
- Click on Integrations from the left hand menu of the Settings page.
- Find the box labeled Connect your location's Facebook account.
Click Connect.
- If prompted, log in to your Facebook account and go through the steps to approve the connection.
Once you have approved, FG Funnels will prompt you to select the Facebook page you wish to link to this account. Choose the page that corresponds with your Instagram account.
Click on Connect Facebook and Instagram.
After connecting is complete, you will be redirected back to your Integrations page in FG Funnels. Check that the Facebook and Instagram icons are now colored (indicating they are connected) and that your page is selected.
